| Easy way to get your whole body flexible? Posted: 25 Sep 2020 05:20 AM PDT I don't know how to explain but i will try. Is there a good way to get your whole body flexible with a one week flexibility/mobility routine schedule,so that you can get your splits , harmstrings, squats, back stretches etc. while just repeating the schedule every week? Best would be with a video follow along. Because i dont really know how to make a scheduel myself and how to get everything flexible. Im just a little bit overwhelmed with all that complicated stuff and want an easy solution. All that searching just ruins my motivation [link] [comments] | ||

| Thoughts on training horse stance and middle splits in the same workout? Posted: 24 Sep 2020 12:48 PM PDT What are your thoughts on this (with the eventual goal being achievement of the middle splits)? Counterproductive? Overtraining? A good balance or strength vs flexibility? [link] [comments] | ||
| 25M looking to improve flexibility to relieve pain, complete newb need help please! Posted: 23 Sep 2020 04:54 PM PDT So I'm 6ft and about 17.3 stone (110kg) it's the heaviest I've been but since I was a teenager I had terrible back problems. It was always at the base of my spine lumbar area and I played football a few weeks ago and the pain I was in was excruciating it was close to me going hospital. The other problem I have is I have bad plantar faciitis and I can usually cope day to day walking but when I have to go gym and do cardio especially in a fitness class my feet just feel like they're on fire constantly it's so uncomfortable and I really want to keep exercising. I have thick muscly calf's and I'm a big guy generally but my mum is in a mobility scooter and my grandad has bad back problems I want to stop it getting any worse when I'm older. So I have no idea where to start but if someone could point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful! Thank you so much x [link] [comments] |
