Guided yoga apps or audiobook or actual books recommendations Posted: 29 Sep 2020 06:10 PM PDT Hello! I started doing yoga a couple months ago, and my schedule doesn't let me go to yoga classes. For a while I was using the app MoveWith that have recorded guided yoga flows that were so great! All the flows helped me feel really connected to my body and mind. That app is no longer available:( I've been on the look out for new apps, book or audiobooks that have good guided yogas that are more traditional style yoga that is more spiritual than for fitness. Any recommendations? [link] [comments] |

Did any of you really gain height from Yoga? Posted: 29 Sep 2020 07:06 PM PDT I'm not talking about regaining the height you've lost due to aging or feeling taller but not actually taller. And also if you always force a good posture while measuring your height. [link] [comments] |
Any recommendations for a channel focused on flexibility? Posted: 29 Sep 2020 02:26 PM PDT I've been doing Yoga with adriene and it's great, but I'd like to put more of an emphasis on flexibility. I dont need anything crazy like you'd see at cirque du Soleil or anything.... thoughts? [link] [comments] |
Please suggest some Online (paid) yoga classes for beginner with back problems. Posted: 29 Sep 2020 01:43 PM PDT I have never tried Yoga before and I have back issues (Spondylolisthesis). I am planning to give Yoga a try to see if it improves my flexibility / posture etc. Can you guys suggest a good online Yoga class with some knowledgeable instructors who can guide on some safe Yoga techniques given my back condition ? Intermediate daily stretching routines? Posted: 29 Sep 2020 01:52 PM PDT Hello! A short background: I have dabbled in yoga and I am a full time MMA fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor. I'm pretty flexible in terms of my sports and can manage most beginner-intermediate poses. I unfortunately need to save money and need to keep my stretching routine to be done at home. I'm looking at doing 30 minutes in the morning and then another 30-45 minutes in the evening. If you guys have any good FULL BODY but having quality stretches on hips, quads and shoulders to recommend to me let me know! Thanks [link] [comments] |
Posted: 29 Sep 2020 09:28 AM PDT Hey y'all! I started doing yoga about a year ago. However nowadays I am only able to do yoga twice a week or once a week. I noticed that I have back pain now. When I do yoga, it goes away but after not doing yoga for 2-3 days it comes back. Is it that my muscles want yoga or is it a serious healt problem? I am confused and will be glad to hear from you 🌱 [link] [comments] |

Posted: 29 Sep 2020 10:57 AM PDT I just got my first tattoo last Saturday and I'll be attending a yoga session this Thursday and leading another on Sunday... I've read about tattoo blowout and I'm concerned that may be happening bc the lines are getting blurry in some areas, although it may just be healing. Would it be bad to do anything that would stretch my wrists this week, or should I be okay by Thursday? [link] [comments] |
