Ashtanga yoga: Embarrassing Moment |
| Posted: 05 Oct 2020 07:51 PM PDT This is a serious post. Last week in class (early morning) when "rocking up" I accidentally let one slip. It was really really embarrassing and loud. It's nearly happened in the past generally in seated postures, so if I get up and head to the ladies the urge goes away if standing (then returns again once back in class). So other than doing seated forward folds in the loo, is there anything I can do to reduce flatulence build-up before class? I'm wondering if I should skip class this week. [link] [comments] |
