r/flexibility FEEDBACK THREAD: How would you like us to handle flexibility photos/videos submitted by people who clearly also shill their onlyfans (or similar) accounts on other parts of reddit?

Hi everyone, with the ever-growing popularity of our subreddit, we need to have a discussion on this topic to see how you would like us to handle it, since it is, afterall, your subreddit.

    The Issue

We consistently have certain redditors who are using their account to sell nude photos of themselves online (using onlyfans typically or the like;their own sub). Many of these people also happen to be very flexible, and make submissions demonstrating their flexibility as a form of enticement to get people to go check out their posting history to hopefully get customers for their onlyfans pages. They also usually post the same exact content on tons of other nsfw-related subs.

    Potential Options...

So I would like to open up and hear your thoughts on how we should handle these types of submissions so that we can get the communities thoughts on what kind of direction we want to take. Some possible options:

    1. No change: Allow anyone to post their flexibility related photos/videos regardless of their post history (on other subs or public profile) containing shill links to their 'services.' (However, any blatant comments linking to their onlyfans pages will always be removed on this sub as it is done currently.)

    2. Stringent prohibition: Remove any photos/videos of any users with any such association in their post history/public profile.

    3. Standard Reddiquette: Another option, which is more in line with classic-reddiquette is to treat each case individually, allowing such posts, but only if they have proven that they are following the 9:1 ratio (meaning for every 9 posts/comments, only ONE can be related to themselves as self promotion). So we would be keeping track if they are actually showing community participation in this subreddit on others threads (with helpful comments) and they increase their chances of future approval.

I'd like to note that most of these individuals do NOT do any sort of community participation. It is very rare that any of these individuals in question are helpful at the same time or care about this subreddit other than getting upvotes to entice people to see their nether regions. So my bias will be toward automatically removing them unless they have proven that they are following the 9:1 rule.

    • If we choose the first one, the status quo remains and nothing changes. If we choose the 2nd one, it's fairly non-trivial and easy to manage as they will be instantly removed. (And you can hit the report button to help make it easier to spot these kind of people.) Option 3 gives them a chance and is more of a balanced option.

Please chime in with what actions you think the mods should take on this topic. If you have any other feedback or suggestions, we are all ears, thank you.

Let me tell you a little story about progress... the blue suit pictures are from today, the pink shorts from 10weeks ago. Progress is how strong i felt in this today, how easily i got into it. This social media era makes us think of progress as something visual only.

    Question regarding deep squat hold

    Posted: 07 Oct 2020 10:08 PM PDT

    Hi

I've been practicing supported deep squat holds either by holding a kettle bell, using an object to elevate my heels slightly or by holding onto an object for support. What I've noticed is that I can either lean back and keep my shins vertical, or push my knees forward (still keeping my heels flat) and I feel a stretching or burning sensation in my outer shin and upper ankle (I suppose this is the Soleus doing its thing)

My question is, should I be leaning back and keeping my shins vertical (feels quite easy) or pushing my knees forward over my toes and feeling the burn

How to get a wider straddle

    Posted: 07 Oct 2020 05:29 AM PDT

So I'm wondering how to sit wider in a straddle. When I'm sat in a straddle my legs are barely wide and feel stuck. I'm guessing it's to do with lack of active flexibility in my adductors ? What exercises should I do and has anyone seen improvement in getting there legs wider. Thanks
