    Pranayama: Diabetes2 vs. pranayama

    Pranayama: Diabetes2 vs. pranayama

    Diabetes2 vs. pranayama

I have been diabetic2 up until recently for about 10 years. I've made a lot of progress thanks to eating carnivorously, vitamin D3/sunbathing, iodine supplementation, and other health practices. I notice that you pulmonauts (now "us pulmonauts") talk about vitality and prana and one's inner healing capacity being improved/increased with breathing exercises. So I jumped into breathing exercises about 40 days ago. I have been doing several hours every day of boxes, exhaled breath holding, very long and slow breathing, like that.

Yesterday was my 75th birthday. My sweet wife celebrates it by buying us a chocolate cake from Costco, not known for their cakes being even remotely healthy.

I end up eating a big slab; she ends up eating a small slab. I'm 75; she's 54. She has no history of diabetes; I have a history of diabetes. The only thing that happened to me was that I stayed up late because of the extra energy. She got a tummy ache and gave what's left of the cake away.

In November of 2018, I chugged an entire liter of mango juice in about 10 minutes. About an hour or so later I was literally writhing on the floor in agony.

The only explanation for this change is breathing exercises/pranayama. Breathing exercises are freaking AWESOME!!!!

Con med claims that diabetes2 is incurable and progressive. I'm pretty sure that I just proved that wrong.
