    Hello all!

    As I have deepened my spirituality throughout the years I've been more interested in pranayama and yoga as part of my daily meditation practice.

    Reading on how depression is treated by ayurveda I came to this (reference: nhp.gov.in/Manovasada(Depression)_mtl )

    Following sequence of yoga is to be followed

    1. Sukshma vyayama (loosening exercise)

    2. Asana

    3. Pranayama

    4. Deep relaxation technique

    5. Meditation -Nada anusandhana

    ———-

    So this follows my two newbie questions:

    1st: Can I practice two different pranayamas at one or should they be different and divided exercises

    2nd: What about the yoga sequence you follow? Does it matter following it as the text reads?
