    Today I finally did my splits!

    After a while of consecutive crying and dying inside today I finally did my front splits!!! Omg- This is genuinely the best thing i've ever done. I never cared about my straight a's but yall like im flexible. Im still shaking cuz i can't believe i just did that. I've accepted the fact it might take me a whole year but the fact that i did it in a month is just *chefs kiss*

    I still need to work on it a bit, my legs retracted after like 2 seconds but i got my thighs down! I wont post how long it took me cause everyone has their own amount but seriously consistency is truly the key here. I can share the videos i've been doing everyday if anyone is interested! ^^

    NEED to loosen up the hammys.

    Hey all, just looking for a routine I could go through for hamstring stretching/flexibility. I have a lower back injury and they have been getting tighter ever since, which I'm sure contributes to the pain in the back. Any help would be great!!!

    pancake stretch pain

    During the Pancake Stretch I feel the right leg being stretched more, and after I get out of the stretch I feel momentary pain in this area in my right leg. I don't feel the pain until I pull my legs together and get ready to get up.

    should stop doing this stretch? how can I prevent this pain?

    when i am stretch my lats doing butchers block or elevated child pose i get this sharp pain in my front deltoid. How can i fix this ?

    Deep stretch class

    Hello! Can anyone recommend a streaming or live online course (happy to pay!) for deep stretch yoga? Pre-Covid I was taking a deep stretch yoga class at a local studio, but they have temporarily stopped offering it.
