is getting a light coloured yoga mat a bad idea? Posted: 29 Nov 2020 09:49 PM PST is getting a light coloured yoga mat a bad idea? am considering getting this design of the manduka eko lite. the rest of the other colours are safe (black, dark blue etc...), but i was hoping to get a mat of a more cheery colour, but not sure if i will regret it after a couple of uses. just wanted that last mile of views before i decide! thanks all in advance. How Often (?!) Should I Engage Mulah Bandha Posted: 29 Nov 2020 07:59 AM PST It's going to be a technical question due to my lack of guidance these days. So recently I started focusing more and more on the MB lock. At first I thought I should engage it with every inhale. And release upon exhale. I read that I should keep it locked the entire practice to keep the energy within. So now I am trying to engage it throughout my entire practice (Primary). My question is: Does it truly the ideal practice to keep it locked throughout the entire practice? OR Should I release it between Asanas at Samastitihi and then engage it again with every Ekam? Thanks in advance 🙏🏻 [link] [comments] |
