    Don't overtrain vs working hard

I saw this contortionist say she works out 8h a day 6 days per week. I know that she is a professional athlete, I'm not aiming as high as her. But can I at least stretch everyday? How do people not overtrain yet still manage to train a lot?

Any advice on how to improve foot flexibility? This is me trying to point my toes (it’s pathetic I’m sorry ) but I would love to improve it just for fun I guess. I’m not a dancer or anything just a martial artist so nothing like serious or anything just curious

Help me understand how to work on frozen shoulder

    Posted: 20 Nov 2020 04:05 PM PST

    Hi 👋

I just learned that my mother (65 years) is diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I tried to read up about it online but found mixed messaging on heat vs. ice, using a PT vs not etc. Can you please point me to any proven ways to treat / manage this condition?

Thank you very much in advance.
