Ashtanga yoga: Question on doing primary when cut for time |
| Question on doing primary when cut for time Posted: 23 Dec 2020 05:29 PM PST Is it okay to skip Paschimottanasana through Navasana and instead go from standing sequence right to Bhujapidasanaband finish through setu bandhasana if I'm cut for time? I often find myself only getting to do a half primary but now the first half of my asanas are progressing much further than the second half. Obviously I know it all comes with time but I'd like to even it out and I'm wondering if it's a recommendable/viable option to swap between which halves of the primary to do when you only have time for a HP. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
