Meditation: I'd much rather just repress everything

I'd much rather just repress everything

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 07:36 PM PST

I can recognize that meditation is exactly what I need, the headspace to sort out all of the crappy things that are going on in my life as well as just let emotions bubble to the surface. At first it was cathartic to cry, but now it's just unpleasant to feel the the grief, and anger. There are days where I feel good, even a sense of love. But man it's tough to trudge through those not so great days. I'd rather just waist my focus on YouTube or Netflix. I feel I can also understand why people abuse alcohol. Can anyone relate?

Take a break from the news and social media; doomscrolling through negative stories impacts your mental health

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 06:09 AM PST

One of my less mindful habits is that I'm sometimes a bit of a news junkie - I'd happily sit in front of the news channel or scrolling through twitter when a big story is happening. This can be bad for our wellbeing though, particularly as the algorithm that controls our news feed is designed to provoke a reaction from us. Emotions like fear and anger are a lot more likely to grab people's attention than happiness, so the content that we get fed through tends to water the seeds of anxiety and resentment.

We can notice how much time we're depending on the news and social media and limit ourselves, setting a regular alarm on our phone (the Plum Village app is good for this). When it goes off, if you're watching the news or on social media, just stop, breath, notice your thoughts, notice what you're feeling. With more awareness, you can make informed decisions about the media you consume and decide for yourself when to stop.

But the evidence shows that with the news and social media, less is more. You can get a summary of whats going on once or twice a day - with the time you save you can call up a friend, go for a walk, enjoy nature. Its critical to be aware of what you consume, not just through your mouth but through your eyes and ears as well. The seeds we water create the garden we live in.

Something weird happens when i meditate help

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 09:27 PM PST

so within the past few times i've meditated (i'm pretty new to it btw) this weird thing has been happening and im not sure what to make of it. after about 15-20 minutes i notice myself going into a deep meditative state and my body begins to go numb starting with my hands, like they feel numb or a strange tingling sensation.

the weird thing is, while im in this state sometimes something happens and i cant explain it because i get scared every time but basically i get an explosion of color in my vision (eyes closed) like a bright explosion of colors and the most recent time this happened i also got the sensation that i was falling out of my body. as if my soul was suddenly affected by gravity and it literally fell out of my body. whenever this thing happens i can always tell "something big is about to happen" and i can never let go and just see what it is because i get scared (lol) and my heartbeat rises like crazy

so what is this? also sorry for typing like an idiot lol

    Body vibrating while meditating?

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 07:35 PM PST

Hey guys, I was wondering if this was a common thing. When I meditate and use holotropic breathing, my entire body starts to vibrate. It starts in my core and my hands but spreads to my whole body eventually, and feels kind of like standing in front of a loud subwoofer blasting a specific frequency.

Is this something common? It first happened when I meditated on psychedelics, but I can cause it when sober now.

*How Christ consciousness got corrupted from its ancient roots – (Part 3)*

    Posted: 18 Jan 2021 12:12 AM PST

How Christ Consciousness got corrupted from its ancient roots - (Part One)

The review process that every soul goes through after their death on Earth is labelled as 'Judgement Day' in Christianity which, arguably seems to be the most dominant and widely pushed religion in modern society today. Since this judgement day actually does exist in a way, we need to assess where Christianity holds truth and where its teachings were manipulated from spiritual to political objectives. The first thing that many people with a religious upbringing are taught is that there is a God in the sky and it is a he, God is masculine. So where is this so called God in the sky? I don't see him in heaven. The God we refer to in Christianity has been heavily confused with what we call the Creator. The Creator is an embodiment of consciousness as a whole. It is both masculine and feminine consciousness. The Creator lives in all because we are all fragments of it that make up the one.

The God that many refer to in Christianity as the creator of all things is mistaken for something different, the creator of the modern human. It was the Annunaki, with the Galactic Confederation's permission that seeded modern man. Annunaki translates as those that came from the heavens. Adamu or modern man was genetically manipulated through the fusion of chromosome two upgrading us to homo sapien-sapiens from our weaker genetic strain, homo erectus. The proof behind this comes from the analysis of the double helix DNA strand. Nobel prize winners Jim Watson and Francis Crick were baffled by the molecular structure they examined in this double helix study wondering how it was possible that nature created this fusion of biological fabric together at the same time; two mutually interdependent elements to give rise to life. They were scratching their heads figuring out how the genetic material in the form of nucleic acids and the mechanism that allows its perpetuation (proteins called enzymes) arose simultaneously and spontaneously. They asked, how did it get here? They concluded that the outcome must have been a result of direct panspermia which essentially meant that extra-terrestrials had intervened in the tampering of our DNA material at some stage in our evolution.

The father of the Annunaki was Anu and is referred to in ancient literature as king of the gods and lord of the constellations. This is the authoritative leader and entity top of the Annunaki hierarchy. Anu or God as referred to in the Christian faith is famously depicted in Michelangelo's 'creation of Adama' painting on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in 1512. The touching of fingers between the Annunaki God and modern man is symbolic of the connection between the two species through our genetic heritage in which we share biology with this extra-terrestrial civilization. This is why many refer to God as father. We are a child race artificially altered by the Annunaki. The Christian term 'judgement day' which corresponds with the review process of souls after death originates back to the beginning of ancient Egyptian culture. The wisdom and teachings from ancient Egypt doesn't emerge from the arrival of the Annunaki 20,000 years ago whom created the Atlantean civilization, but way, way before that timeline. This is the mystery we are currently unravelling today and many people are still unaware of this. The Sumerian Kings List unveils the secrets about these immortal alien races that ruled the Earth in their 10,000 year old space maps. It describes how ET homo sapiens came to the Earth from Nibiru 450,000 years ago originally.

In Egyptian mythology the God of the underworld, Anubis was responsible for those passing into the afterlife. He embodied Christ consciousness within his judgement of whether a soul should ascend into the higher dimensions or to stay on the wheel of karma and reincarnate. After you died, your soul would have to travel through the Hall of Maat. Anubis would weigh your heart against a feather and if your heart was as light as the feather on his set of scales, you would be granted safe passage to the higher realms. If your heart was heavier than the feather, your heart would be devoured by the dreaded God Ammut. This God resembled the likes of a crocodile, hippo and lion combined; the three most dangerous meat eating animals in Egypt. Thoth was also present to record the results of your so called judgement. The terminology of the word pound in relation to weight which when abbreviated to lb comes from the star constellation of libra. Libra is shortened to make lb. Libra represents balance and fairness and is commonly interpreted visually through the scales and weighing up a situation to be just or not. This depiction of events maybe the actual truth or instead, a narrative made up to best describe the law of vibration and karma in relation to reincarnation and ascension.

Ancient Egyptian mythology may sound too farfetched for some; gods on Earth with animal heads and human bodies? That's ridiculous……….or is it? Please read my article 'Reptilians native to Earth and the dinosaurs – part two' to learn about how shapeshifting technology can exploit the human brain through holographic manipulation. These race of gods came onto our planet with vastly superior genetic engineering technology that was highly more sophisticated than ours, even to this day. They were termed master geneticists for their ability to create all sorts of various beings here on Earth through various mythological tales.

The Egyptians were the ones to relinquish truthful knowledge obtaining to the afterlife through its teachings of Christ consciousness before it got distorted later on through history. They were also the ones to educate us about reincarnation, something that has been changed in our sacred scriptures since these ancient times.

Christ consciousness was represented in the Egyptian symbol we know as the Ankh. This symbol represented the energy of the Creator, the power and divine spark that exists within us all. It was also termed the "breath of life" and was the truth empowerment of immortality. It also carried a significant meaning in relation to energy. The symbol's construction is representative of the balance of both the divine masculine and divine feminine. The loop at the top symbolises the female genitalia through the 'Knot of Isis' and the bottom part symbolising the male genitalia with a line in the middle connecting the two parts half way. This is what we are here to embrace as part of The Grand Experiment's plan; to hold the genetics of the universe in our physical vessel whilst choosing to embody both forms of consciousness equally into our DNA blueprint. Both the feminine and masculine must be in harmony with one another to fully embrace the God Source that will allow us to ascend and hop off of the wheel of karma for good. This is why the scales of Libra are used to assess whether you have mastered energy in the third dimension, identifying an equal distribution between love for others and love for self. Life is all about balance and the law of the universe is subject to balance through this sacred union of energy.

Christianity corrupted the teachings of the ancient Egyptians particularly when it passed over to the Greeks and northern parts of Europe. The cross we see now is very similar to the Ankh except it is missing the part at the top representing the female consciousness, the vesica piscis. This clearly shows the suppression of the divine feminine and the rise of the toxic masculinity in a male dominated society. This is why women were neglected and couldn't undertake religious roles or authoritative positions for long periods throughout our history. This severe imbalance between the two energies has truly warped our world away from Gaia's intended vision for its people.

The rise of power and greed formed from the toxic masculine energy was evident when a group of corrupt beings from the Roman Empire between the first and fourth century seized and concealed any knowledge relating to reincarnation and immortality through its newly reformed religious practices. They redacted information about the importance of astrology from the Essences teachings along with other important scriptures like the truths found in The Book of Enoch and The Dead Sea Scrolls that would erase out our ancient history. Constantine, the Emperor in the 4th century along with a few others formed a new version of the Bible that would further mislead the ordinary people. The Catholic church used this time period to purposely infect the minds of its people, directing more attention to the fear of death narrative. Again, they purposely took out the immortality teachings of their Egyptian predecessors and replaced this ideology with the dualistic concept of heaven and hell in the afterlife. This scare tactic purely served the more wealthy and power hungry individuals within the secret societies, all to regain a tighter control over the population through stricter religious practice. Famous quotes that support this new adaptation in the New Testament include:

'And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment' 'He remembered that they were but flesh, a passing breeze that does not return'

In part two, I will explore how the Roman Empire used religion to mask the plans of the Archons as well as revealing the findings in the sacred Gnostic scriptures containing the archons' strategy to enslave humanity through virtual reality. Thanks for reading, have a great day and much love!

5 Meditation Tips In The Era of Covid

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 07:55 AM PST

With everyone almost working from home, here some simple tips to keep a healthy mind:

    1. If possible, try to wake up as early as possible before sunrise
    2. Sit crossed legs on a comfotable cushion, eyes half closed and let all the toughts roam freely
    3. At some point, you will naturally be aware of the air passing through the tip of your nose when you inhale or exhale
    4. If you feel like stopping, do so and resume the next day. Do not force anything
    5. Repeat and note any changes occur

    Wonderful quote about the breath

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 07:48 AM PST

When we exhale, the air goes out to the outer world. The inner world is limitless, and the outer world is also limitless. We say "inner world" or "outer world," but actually there is just one whole world. In this limitless world, our throat is like a swinging door. The air comes in and goes out like someone passing through a swinging door. If you think, "I breathe," the "I" is extra. There is no you to say "I." What we call "I" is just a swinging door which moves when we inhale and when we exhale. It just moves; that is all. When your mind is pure and calm enough to follow this movement, there is nothing: no "I," no world, no mind nor body; just a swinging door.

    Mind according to my belief...

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 10:20 PM PST

A mind is a bundle of thoughts, a mind doesn't exist in the physical sense. The scientists don't believe in the existence of a physical mind, they talk of the brain, just like they talk of lungs, kidneys, heart. But the brain is the hardware, the mind is software. It is a subtle part of our existence, therefore, when we have positive thoughts, the mind is positive, if negative thoughts, the mind is negative. So what is the mind? It is a bundle of thoughts, in reality it doesn't exist. Therefore if we want to be peaceful, we have to reduce the production of thoughts. Only then will we have peace of mind. But if we are stressed out, it is because of aggressive, agitated thoughts - then our mind will depressed. Let us go into silence and go in quest of the mind - where is the mind? You cannot find.

Tw/Cw: Trauma mention & mental illness symptoms

Hi folks, I've been meditating for about 2 years now, solely focusing on breath work. On occasion, I'll venture into more auditory meditations but struggle with repressed emotions popping up due to trauma. My trauma manifests in self destructive ways such skin picking and OCD type patterns like obsessive hand washing. In order to ease these ruminations a little, I was recommended to add beads to my meditations as well as carrying them with me on the daily basis in some form to prevent those bad habits from popping up. I recently purchased 3 different sets that have different aesthetics and textures. I was wondering if most people who meditate eventually add beads to their practice? Or if it's considered disrespectful for someone like me, who doesn't use the beads for religious purposes per say, to carry them on their person?

    Thoughts? Feedback?

    Meditation makes me depressed

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 04:53 PM PST

I have been meditating on-and-off for the past year, thanks to the pandemic! Currently, I find myself more present and less procrastinating. These are good things and should make me feel great. Instead, while being present, I notice I guess after a long time, how shallow and selfish people are. I guess this is the reason that I had started to live in my own head a long time back. And I know that's not how everyone is and I do have amazing and positive experiences as well but somehow this really bothers me.

I have this tendency to rethink conversations in my head and being an overthinker, it is difficult for me to ignore.

Is this a stage of meditation? I am going to continue my practice and hope that I can eventually learn how to deal with this naturally. Can anyone tell me what it is like to evolve from this?

    Thanks :)

    Heart Meditation

    Posted: 18 Jan 2021 02:48 AM PST

Does anyone know anything about heart energy or opening your heart center? In the last couple of months of been practicing meditation and opening my heart center. After opening my heart center it feels like I'm connected to positive frequencies all the time. My chest has this constant tingling feeling. And I experience more intense sensations in my heart.

The experience of negative or positive energy is stronger. It's like my heart is more sensitive to frequencies or more powerful I don't know. Because of this I know when my heart has closed.

Anyone have any experience with this? Have you manifested things from the heart? Any information is helpful

    Need advice from advanced meditators.

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 06:21 PM PST

Hey, I have a few things in mind that I don't know why they occur to me.

So... I have a girlfriend. And.. I'm not in love with her.. I choose to be with her because we are compatible, she fulfils my emotional needs and I fulfil hers. Unlike girls who I find atttactive, who usually hurt me. So I decided to be with someone that does good to me intead of someone I'll be attracted to and hurt me.

Now.. the problem is this. When I meditate I often get flashbacks of memories with my ex'es. 1 specifically strong. And I feel a flood of love and longing for her. I can't control it, it just bursts from me and I talk to her in my mind about how much I loved her and miss her. And I cry. It has been 7 years since we broke up, and we weren't together for that long, but she entered my heart deeply.

I need some enlightening information about why it happens. My guess is that I just haven't grieved that loss of relationship and tendered my heart to open up to love again. But I cry so often from that ever since I started meditating... so... what's going on? I also miss my grandmother who passed away. She fills my soul with the love that I need to stay sane and on track. Missing her is acceptable though. She's my grandmother.

But missing my ex? For so long? Why? I feel like my heart is closed from so much hurt. What should I do about that? And about missing my ex? I desperately want to move on, and to open my heart again for new loves.

Really need your advice pals. Thanks.

    Present Moment hurdles for me.

    Posted: 18 Jan 2021 01:27 AM PST

Hi guys! So I know this is weird, but I meditated and observed my thoughts as well as patterns and tried to pin point the main reasons why it's so difficult to be in the Present Moment. The options below are what ended up being narrowed down to. For me, "Emotion" is by far the number one reason why it's difficult to live in the Present Moment. I also got curious what about other people? Can there be a pattern?

I know some answers can be related, I know your answers can be a combination of what's listed, and I know you may have different answers, but if you can try to answer which one fits you the most out of my list, I'll greatly appreciate it!

    1. Emotions
    2. Over thinking the past and future
    3. Medical condition (physical or mental)
    4. Failure to live in the present moment gets reinforced
    5. Living environment and circumstances
    6. I have no problem living in the Present Moment all day (for those who are enlightened!!)
