- For some reason, we can find more videos on back pain rather than building back strength. But I am sure majority of us over here will like to avoid going into the zone of back pain. - This 20 min practice is a complete yoga workout. Move slowly through each pose, remembering to breathe as you move. Pause after any pose you find challenging, especially if you are short of breath, and start again when your breathing returns to normal.
- This video LITERALLY saved my life. I have a big exam in 2 days and I`ve already memorized half of the subjects( 150 pages!). This tricks make memorizing so much easier, make yourself a favor and just try it.
