    Stretching Routine for inflexible PEOPLE LIKE ME!

    i was the stiffest 25 year-old 8 months ago! im finally able to touch my toes after 8 months of nearly daily stretching !!! i would not believe myself when i started if you told me i was going to carry this habit this far, but i did ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJniY70HnNA

    my tips and advice:

    1. make it fun! whether it is putting on music, doing it while watching TV, putting on YouTube follow along videos, doing it outside etc, find what you can do to make the experience FUN and ENJOYABLE
    2. dont over research it, dont overthink it, if you want to get more flexible, just start stretching today. youtube a follow along video, or watch my routine video and just start doing it!
    3. be tolerant and lenient towards yourself. I had no big goals. i set the bar super low: as long as i stretched on that specific day, im happy. so be patient and the results will come !
