Flexibility: My right shoulder keeps going forward after sitting next to PC for some time (2-3cm difference from left shoulder) I have been doing head stretches but it seems only to relieve pain briefly. Can anyone recommend alternative stretches that I could do daily to prevent this from happening?

What after palm to ground hamstring stretching?

    Posted: 26 Feb 2021 10:41 PM PST

So I can touch the ground comfortably with my palms. However, I feel like my current routine isn't giving me much progress anymore. I would like to ask you what are your favorite hamstrings that could help me to gain flexibility on my back and hips as well.

    A question

    Posted: 27 Feb 2021 03:54 AM PST

Hello! Hope y'all doing well. I do the front split in my daily training, however, when I do a flat front split, my hamstrings feel so sore and stiff the next day, like I can't stretch it, tho I think am not overstretching it and also I always do the proper warm up! Any idea what's the reason?

    Backmobility and Scoliosis

    Posted: 26 Feb 2021 10:50 AM PST

Hey guys, Does someone of you have experience with backmobility and scoliosis (i have a 14% curvature in my lower back). I admire all those crazy backbends on that sub and wonder if I could ever achieve something similar. For reference... I get crazy backpain the next day when I try the shoulderstand scorpion pose. Should I go more slow or just forget about backbends alltogether?

Do you think anterior pelvic tilt can cause a tight pelvic floor?

    Posted: 26 Feb 2021 08:56 PM PST

My pelvic floor started hurting 3 years ago... It was a mild pain so I didn't bother. As I'm always sitting, I feel my hip flexers are tight and my glutes are really weak, and I have chicken legs. 2 years ago, I injured my lower back started hurting bad, and I was observed with disc problems. After, that I faced problems of ureter narrowing at the pelvic-ureter junction. I used to flex my abs all the time maybe to maintain the body posture (not knowingly, it is maybe something that my body did automatically), but then someone told me that my belly was way too tight which is not good. So, I started focusing on releasing the stress on my abs, I would forget sometimes... But eventually I loosen up my belly tightness. But now, I think my anterior pelvic tilt has worsen. My belly is out all the time Although I'm very skinny and I barely have any fat. How do I treat this, and will treating my pelvic tilt cure my tightness of pelvic floor, also do you think that ureter narrowing was due to my tight pelvic floor, coz the doctors didn't told me about it much, and even i had no idea if my pelvic floor was tight. And lower back problems, do you this this all is due to the bad posture???

    Tips on not losing motivation?

    Posted: 26 Feb 2021 09:40 AM PST

I've always been quite inconsistent with stretching. However, my motivation has hit an all time low lately. I noticed I'm not as motivated to stretch ever since I lost my right split around the holidays due to a hamstring injury. I don't feel particularly discouraged because I know I can get my split back. The problem is, I still don't feel motivated to stretch. I'm always postponing my stretching sessions to the point where I only stretched less than 3 times these past 2 weeks. Any tips on not losing motivation?

    Edit: grammar
