| Posted: 11 Feb 2021 08:12 PM PST I sometimes do anuloma viloma and I noticed that while I'm going through the pattern (5-20-10) that I forcefully breathe in so I can get the most air in the 5 seconds. Is that okay or what would be the optimal way of breathing in? [link] [comments] |
| Q about Inhalation-Retention-Exhalation ratio Posted: 11 Feb 2021 11:11 AM PST I practice the ratio of Puraka, Kumbhaka and Rechaka is 1:4:2. Puraka is inhalation. Kumbhaka is retention. Rechaka is exhalation A challenge i have is the following, at the ratio of 5:20:10, i notice that i have trouble exhaling for 10 seconds through one particular nostril. Should i first master 5:20:10 on both nostrils before i move on to 6:24:12? [link] [comments] |
