| I can touch my goddamn toes!!! Posted: 27 Apr 2021 11:15 AM PDT Hey all! I've been doing yoga and stretches about 3-5 times a week for the last month or two, and it's really been feeling like I've made no progress. In some senses, it almost feels harder day to day as I progress since Im a bit more aware of smaller faults in form and what not. I've been getting quite discouraged about it. But today I tried just touching my toes and for the first time in as long as I can remember I can actually touch them!! Feels good, just wanted to share incase anyone has been feeling the same way I have been. Have a good one yall! [link] [comments] | ||

| Pain in right hip when squatting Posted: 27 Apr 2021 01:09 PM PDT I've been working out for 8 months and this has always been a consistent issue that's stopped me from progressing on squat. I've lived a very sedentary life up until recently so I'm sure I have tight hip flexors but it's only in my right hip, I have zero pain in my right. I even feel the pain when I squat without weight but it's way worse when I use weight. Does anyone know how I can go about fixing this? Any stretches or routines I can do? [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 27 Apr 2021 09:09 AM PDT Hi all! I've recently started getting back into heavy ATG squatting and have started splitting all my shorts. I can't wear cotton shorts because I'll just sweat through them but all the synthetic options seems to be pretty easy to split at the bottom of a loaded squat. Does anyone have any advice on some good longish shorts for men to workout in? That have a little flex [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 27 Apr 2021 06:31 AM PDT Facing an anterior pelvic tilt, I have the basic knowledge of different muscles, but I don't know how these muscles work together and which muscles are interdependent. Please text me. [link] [comments] |
