    Hello,

    When i stand, my feet tend to point outwards. When sitting down i have to point knees out(manspreading) or i get a cramp/spasm in my side of hip where the bone is.. what muscle is tight? My internal hip rotation is poor. I've tried the "King arthur" hip flexor stretch many times and has never helped. Can anyone point me to some stretches for the sides of the hip?

    Probably it is more balance skills than flexibility, but I can do the split and split jump :-D, because of it I allow myself to share this video as well ;-)

    Sudden back pain piercing to the ribs with breathing problems?

    I have completely random attacks of pain which are started mostly when I stretch, it starts somewhere around shoulder blades and pierces to the ribs and I cant take deep breaths. Anyone else had that issue? I tried using some NSAIDs, but after 1 week I've seen no difference to be honest. Its hard to get to good specialist in my country without waiting for eternity, so Im trying to figure out some ways to fix myself a bit

    Soreness after stretching

    Hi everyone

    I've been stretching for about 6 sets a day everyday for splits. I warm up then each stretch is about 1 minute of sitting as low as possible in each split (left leg, right leg and box/middle) followed by a half hour rest then another set. I've got a couple of questions:

    1. How much should I push the stretch? I can endure quite a lot of pain in stretching and as a result go pretty far down but I'm worried that I'm overdoing it. Should I only go down until there is a slight discomfort?
    2. The day after stretching, I'm incredibly stiff and sore and as a result, I think I'm actually getting worse. Might well be connected to point 1 but would it be more effective to do hard stretching, then rest for a couple of days or more gentle stretching everyday?

    Any advice appreciated - I actually got my splits a couple of years ago and lost them again so it's pretty frustrating to be stuck again.

    Static stretching in morning

    Hello everyone,

    I am planning to start a morning routine to increase overall body flexibility and mobility.

    Question: is doing static stretching in the morning ideal? I was thinking the body is quite stiff in the morning so doing it in the evening is likely more effective?

    Any thoughts?

    Hello, I'm 28 M and been lifting weights since 2011. Right now i'm 102 kg and 176cm. Bodyfat is 24% and going down. Gained bodyfat cause haven't been training since early 2020 cause gym closed and i got lazy. Since i started lifting i've neglected the importance of stretching and mobilty. Now i wanna start somewhere cause tightness is affecting my daily life now. Luckily my shoulders are healthy and pretty flexible, but everything below waist is tight! I really would like to be able to do middle split in 2023!

    I just started doing This but should i add in like thoracic mobility and limber 11?
