- If anyone is looking for a nice routine to RELIEVE SCIATIC NERVE PAIN and get more HIP MOBILITY, here is my 20 Minute Full Body Stretch that really targets those areas. I use it as a daily stretch for my own Back issues. I hope it helps

Posted: 01 May 2021 04:25 PM PDT Hey guys, over the last few weeks i've made noticable progress in my hip flexor/quad flexibility to the point where i no longer feel a stretch during the couch stretch or reclining hero pose at the max position. However when i am practicing my front splits or similar lunge movements i can barely move my backleg further behind without feeling an intense stretch. Also when i am in frog pose i feel little to no stretch eventhough i'm still far away from the ground but i can't get my knees to slide further to the sides. Do you have any tips on how to fix or improve those issues? Thanks :) [link] [comments] | ||

When I'm engaging my core doing a kneeling hip flexor stretch is much harder and I'm a lot tighter but when I don't I can easily move forward. Am I supposed to have my core engaged?
