    Shoulder shifting/popping

    Is anyone familiar with and can explain why my shoulder(s) sometimes seem to pop back into place when I do an overhead stretch or like a wall down dog? Is it just like cracking your neck or back? It feels pretty new, like within the past few years.

    I'm 35, no known injuries or dislocation, there's no pain. There is a audible pop/crack and I can feel the shoulder physically shift.

    Used to be obese, what can i do to improve my flexibility to raise my legs higher ?

    Hello, i used to weight 115kg and went down to 72 thanks to having a pretty good and healthy diet and running everyday!

    What i noticed is that i have a very stiff body to the point i am struggling to raise my legs to get on my bike!

    Anything i can do to improve my legs flexibility and even my whole body flexibility as a whole ?
