Question about stretching sets Posted: 27 May 2021 07:00 PM PDT So I've been doing 3 sets of 60sec, for each stretch (middle split, pike, pancake) 3 days a week, been stretching consistently with this schedule for like 2 weeks. I've started to notice that these days, even after warmup and pre-stretch, the first set of each stretch feels kinda tight, like as if I were not stretching constantly on a weekly basis. But come the second and third set, and I get progressively more flexible, to the point that yesterday I went from an average middle split angle, to almost being down to the ground. Does it happen to anyone else? Is it indicative of something worth looking into? [link] [comments] | ||
