| Kino MacGregor teaching Mysore at my Shala Posted: 05 Jun 2021 09:04 PM PDT Kino McGregor is coming to our Shala (when I say "our" I mean the one that I go to - I don't own it) in a few weeks. It's very exciting, as she is going to do a meditation on Friday, Mysore (~30 students ) on Saturday, drills later on Saturday, another Mysore on Sunday, and then a backbend workshop. We are excited as this is the first time she's coming to Nashville, and coming to our Shala! I just wanted to share that, that's all! [link] [comments] |
