Please help about insomnia after practising yoga regularly Posted: 19 Jun 2021 07:35 PM PDT I do Tibetian 5 rites every morning and after work practising Hatha yoga 15-20 minutes with downdog app. I cant fall asleep easily and sometimes waking up with full energy after 4 hours of sleep cant sleep back. When i reduce my practise time or stop practising my sleep problems disappear What shoud i do ? Thanks [link] [comments] |

| Including elements of climbing into yoga Posted: 19 Jun 2021 12:16 PM PDT Hi there! I really love climbing and yoga. But I love climbing way more! Except it's tricky to go climbing regularly whereas yoga can be done almost anywhere anytime. So I was wondering if any of you have any advice on how to make yoga practice more like my climbing practice? What I love in climbing is the whole process to complete a climb. You need to pinpoint technical moves, practice the same route over and over again and give it some thought to find the most efficient moves and then get that sense of accomplishment. I guess I'm looking to add a more playful, thought processing (trying to find the correct beta) and scalability (climbing grades) element to yoga. Any ideas? [link] [comments] |

I am training 6 days a week and taking mid-long walks every day. This routine has been working well for me until I started to become a middle aged man and now I feel like I need to focus on my mobility. I have no nagging injuries whatsoever. I just need to learn how to include yoga into my daily regimen without overtraining my body. [link] [comments] |
