Pranayama: Back pain because of kapalabhati |
Back pain because of kapalabhati Posted: 14 Jul 2021 01:14 PM PDT Is this normal to feel intense mid-back muscle pain after kapalabhati or do I need to check this out? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 14 Jul 2021 08:38 AM PDT It seems there are two ways to inhale and exhale through the nose. One is a very defined nostril breath, imagine that the person were to try to suck water up their nose with a straw. Or if somebody were to blow their nose into a tissue (only with less force obviously). The other way is softer, and feels like doing yogic breath. It's like if somebody were to try to steam up a window or piece of glass, and can be directed either through the mouth or through the nose. Is this ujjayi? Which type of breath is utilized for nadi shodhana? Is it either of these? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
