My whole lower body is weak/tight. What do? Posted: 04 Aug 2021 04:02 PM PDT I've noticed I have poor dorsiflexion and as a result I have a hard time performing squats. I'm trying to work on it, but I'm also wondering what the root cause of it may be. I feel like I have poor flexibility/strength all throughout my lower body. I have dealt with:
I've heard in the past that since "everything is connected", weakness in one area can make its way through the whole chain. So honestly I have no idea what is the "source" of everything is. I don't know if I should be focusing on one area, or trying to stretch/strengthen everything. Are there any sources or programs that I can follow to address all of these issues? Do I need to see a physical therapist? [link] [comments] | ||
