Have a "stupid" question and are afraid to ask it? (Or don't want to make a whole thread for it?) Well, feel free to ask away in this thread! There's no such thing as a stupid question. This is also a great opportunity for the rest of the community to help each other out.

    Guidelines:

    • As always, read the FAQ to make sure your question isn't answered already.
    • If you're looking for the Motivational Month threads from the past, they are all here in our Wiki.
    • You can also use the search bar to see if an answer to your question exists already.
    • We are not medical professionals. If something hurts and it doesn't go away within a week's rest, see one!

    Enjoy!

    Trapezius and Minor Pec Relation

    Posted: 01 Mar 2020 09:22 PM PST

Hey all! Does anyone have lower trapezius pain and really tight pec minors? I just did the doorway stretch and it felt incredible, so I was wondering if anyone else is dealing with this or has any words of wisdom for this situation!

New Bendy Talents - Stretching, Flexibility, Contortion and Yoga

    Posted: 01 Mar 2020 05:46 AM PST

Hi guys! I'm amateur contortionist and i have been practice stretching for 7 years... still can't do so much but i did some improvements. I just figure out is there so many randoms peoples who don't have any experience in contortion but they can be able to bendy back or even put the leg behind the head/back so easily.

I'm curious to know about the experiences of those peoples able to do nice bend poses without any effort or even with effort.

If you are reading this post and you are some those of bendy peoples let's me knows how is your experience or what you can to do!

Ah, i'm able to put my left leg behind my back (with left feet under my right armpit), doing frontsplits and middlesplits, bridges and handbalancing. Nice to meet you guys!
