- Also, working on my forearm stand scorpion. I can finally do it without the wall I can’t seem to get my feet closer to my head without the wall. Any advice?

Posted: 25 Jun 2020 02:48 PM PDT So I have been stretching for my front splits on and off for the past year and a half and had gotten so close to the floor. Recently while doing a lunge stretch, I felt this sharp pain on the inner side of my knee so I stopped immediately. I'm planning on seeing a physical therapist because this has not happened to me before so I don't know what it is. I'm not sure if I have injured myself but my knee is fine, I tried to stretch on another day and felt the same thing while doing pigeon pose, so I also stopped. I just want to see if this has happened to anyone here before. Should I be worried? How did you deal with this? [link] [comments] | ||

I've been doing downward dog, camel, and I've been using a yoga wheel with minimal results from daily use. I'm open to any suggestions, as I'm desperate to be able to stand up straight for long periods of time :) [link] [comments] | ||
Posted: 25 Jun 2020 08:02 PM PDT I've been looking all over the internet and can't find anything on how to improve flexibility for people with long torso and short legs...Idk if I'm the only one but it's proven impossible to bend at my hips to touch my toes ..I end up bending at my waist and never see improvement in my flexibility... tips / videos please !
