    Hi everyone!

    I keep struggling with bruising my spine through rolling in garbha pindasana. I seem to have one vertebrae that sticks out quite far. I'm already using a blanket for additional padding and I try to roll on either side of the spine - rather unsuccessfully as it seems. I don't struggle with the rolling as I can round my back quite well - the only thing is the more I round my back, the more that one vertebrae sticks out and gets bruised and I can clearly feel the bruising through out the practice, especially in all twists, starting with trikonasana :( - Any additional tips?
