    I hope you are all doing well!

    Including some workshops!!! A Flying, Handstanding and Vinyasa Workshop as well as Ashtanga's Greatest Hits!!! Both should be REALLY fun events.

    Starter struggling with some poses

    Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well!

    I have just started doing Ashtanga recently (I only did vinyasa until now) and I find myself struggling with most postures where you need to keep the back flat or to pancake, as for example Kurmasana, Garbha Padasana or Upavistha Konasana B.

    I also have quite long legsl which I think makes it a bit harder for keeping a straight lower back in some postures.

    Does anybody have any tips on how to progress in this or what might be the cause of struggling so much in these poses compared to some others? Could it be really tight hamstrings?
