What is the vibration in my body following my practice?

Is right after practice a good time to incorporate drills?

I wanted to do some yoga drills to help supplement my practice. I also hope to do some calisthenics whenever I get the equipment. All of this for 30 minutes to MAX an hour after practice. I plan to do this every other day to start off. Do you think it's okay to do this right after practice? I heard that injuries could happen so some people recommend doing it in the evening but considering that I'm so warmed up after practice - and I'll be doing yoga drills anyway with no weights or light resistance bands- so maybe it won't be a big deal? I could be wrong though.

Once the COVID is manageable, I'll be back to my shala but I figure I can do drills right when I get home as well - but I think at that point it might be better to do it in the evening, I'm not sure though.

I would love to do drills and such to have more awareness of my body as well as to start to build some strength. I do what I can to focus on strength during my practice but I think I need to do a little more.

    What are your thoughts?
