Using stomach vacuum to go deeper into pose Posted: 30 Jul 2020 08:49 PM PDT I'm just wondering how often people utilizes this breathing technique in their practice. I find it breaks the flow of breath a little too much for me. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 30 Jul 2020 11:20 AM PDT Do any of you experience shaking/quivers in your body when you attempt poses that are challenging for you? This happens to my legs during utthita hasta padangusthasana C and navasana. I understand that means I'm weak (lol) but is there more to it ? Like excessive muscle tension/contraction or something ?
