I stand like Donald Trump. How do I fix this?

    Posted: 06 Nov 2020 02:39 PM PST

I've recently noticed that my natural standing position has hips out backward when I straighten my legs and my torso sticking out not unlike how Trump stands. I'm wondering what I can do to correct this? Is it hip flexibility, core, or what?

How do you guys organize your stretch routine?

    Posted: 07 Nov 2020 01:47 AM PST

I'm trying to put together a beginner series that addresses most of my body. Not sure if to organize by muscle group (eg. quads, hamis) by body area (eg. legs) by joint (eg. hip adduction + abduction) by functional group (eg. posterior chain). What do you guys do? Any tips or resources for creating a 'complete' routine that covers the whole body? Or am I way of track altogether?

Split progress. I know my back isn’t straight in this picture (but it was a few secs ago) but I need some advice on how to touch the floor. Much appreciated

How should I hold my splits?

    Posted: 06 Nov 2020 07:05 AM PST

So I usually start by warming up, doing some typical stretches and then I like to hold the splits for 2 minutes on each side. However I have no idea how I should hold them.

I've watched multiple videos on YouTube and some say that you should relax your legs while others say you should engage them. This is what confuses me a lot. I usually place a few pillows under my front thigh because it's just a lot comfier but I also don't know if that's good as I've heard different opinions on this.

I don't know if this is worth mentioning but I usually relax my legs at first and then I engage them. During the first seconds I'm able to keep my legs contracted but then they start shaking so I just end up relaxing.

TLTR: While holding the splits for 2 minutes, should I relax or engage my legs? And should I place some pillows under my legs or not?

I tried searching and didn't see it come up. I keep getting ads for the program, but it is pricy. Has anyone tried it?? I could write my own program, but sometimes I dont feel like it lol
