| Has anyone noticed that their flexibility improves after taking a break for a few days? Posted: 16 Nov 2020 04:27 PM PST I was stretching and doing mobility exercises daily for about 5 weeks and recently had to take a week off to recover from a cold. I did my routine last night and was pleasantly surprised to see I actually improved a bit on some of the moves. It's interesting because I've seen people say that they saw the most improvement when stretching daily. Given that stretching causes small muscle tears, I guess it makes sense that taking a break would help, as that would give muscles time to recover and rebuild. What have you guys noticed? Have you seen the most improvement from stretching everyday or just a few times per week? [link] [comments] | ||

| Knee injury - stop flexibility training? Posted: 16 Nov 2020 11:16 AM PST So I injured my knee around April this year. I went through physio and it feels around 85% better. But now I've started to add more flexibility training back my knee will feel tight and click. I don't want to stop training and lose my flexibility but I also don't want to injure my knee again. Has anyone dealt with a knee injury and getting back training? Thanks [link] [comments] | ||
