    My stretching routine; any corrections/suggestions highly appreciated! Only now, after recording myself, do I see how badly I do that downward-facing dog, for example! Also, sorry for straight-up staring into the camera, was just trying to see myself and check how I do the stuff. Sped up for brevity

    Cannot sit on a kayak for long

    Maybe someone can help me in pointing out what's the problem with my flexibility.

    I tried kayaking yesterday and realized that I cannot sit in the kayak (legs bend at around 120degree) for long. At 30min - my stomach and tights got so tired - I got to lie all the way back to try to relief the tension. And the session ended way earlier than I thought.

    So what is the weakness here? Once I get a confirmation - I can find the right stretching exercises to work on.

    As an additional point - I am training powerlifting so I do a lot of heavy squat, deadlift and bench. That could make my body fairly stiff I realized.
