    Flexibility: Never had formal flexibility training until this summer and only learned that I had some sort of hypermobility condition last year 😅 I always thought anyone could back bend from standing/the ground, but after pole classes I realize that is not true! Trying to learn to bend safely now.

    I already know about the splits, pike and pancake is their anything else like for the upper body or any other lower body stuff

    Is there a need doing stretches in sets

    On many YouTube videos programs it says do like 2 or 3 sets of a stretch I am just wondering if the stretch will not work as good if you do it for 1 set Or will it work the same

    So I am athlete I spend most of time playing multiple sports but I am not flexible what so ever I can't touch me toes yet and I find myself being really sore for not stretching good I tried watching video but most of them people are doing stuff I can barley do does anybody know a good stretching routine for athletes or beginners ?
