- Never had formal flexibility training until this summer and only learned that I had some sort of hypermobility condition last year I always thought anyone could back bend from standing/the ground, but after pole classes I realize that is not true! Trying to learn to bend safely now.

- Any tips for getting past here? Im feeling it the most under my glutes id say- I am so close and are determined to get these before the new year!!
- Good stretch for athletes ?
- My legs always look bent, like the guy in the photo. How can i fix this?
