What to do when you miss an asana Posted: 05 Jan 2021 08:46 PM PST Hi fellow ashtangis, any advice for what you should do if you miss an Asana? I'm still in the process of committing parts of the primary sequence to memory. And I found that in some of my practices I have either forgot to do certain poses or done stuff wrongly (eg. Forgot to start sun sal B with chair pose). Do you advise to just continue, or go back to the Asana I missed? Thanks! [link] [comments]
Posted: 05 Jan 2021 06:03 AM PST Hi! I just had my first Ashtanga yoga practice while at 36hrs fasted. At first I felt a bit light headed and just had to slow down a little. But in the end I felt so good! Bow I will keep going for my goal of 48hrs. Maybe next week I will attempt a 72hr fast. That would be 3 practices fasted. Does anyone else have any experience with this? TIA! [link] [comments]
Posted: 05 Jan 2021 09:56 AM PST I practiced Ashtanga for over two years, then I moved to Canada, and I just stopped doing it. I'm trying to go back after almost two years and a half out of practice. I know it will be a painful and slow process. Any advice? [link] [comments]
