Posted: 27 Feb 2021 09:10 AM PST So i have been doing the basic stretching routines since january 1 - does this qualify as new year's resolution? 😁 Now i noticed that on some days i feel some small pain in the lower back, in the spine actually. Posted: 27 Feb 2021 04:46 PM PST So ive been trying an active stretching routine but my hamstrings are so tight (from being 6'5") that i messed up my knee doing these basic stretches i used to do when i was younger. Now my knee is pretty unstable. TLDR Im searching the subreddit for how to target extreme degrees of inflexibly in my hamstrings without putting strain on my knees. [link] [comments] |
