What changes have you experienced with your asana practice (body, mind) after you became vegetarian? Posted: 03 Mar 2021 07:51 AM PST Hi, I've been practicing for about a year and considering becoming vegetarian. I'm curious to know what specific benefits in the body (flexibility, strength, balance, stamina etc) or mind (little less objective, but general feel - calmness, mindfulness) that you have experienced if you have made that transition. Sure there are other reasons (not harming animals etal), but I'm interested in hearing about physical or mental changes [link] [comments] |
