    Hi,

    I've been practicing for about a year and considering becoming vegetarian.

    I'm curious to know what specific benefits in the body (flexibility, strength, balance, stamina etc) or mind (little less objective, but general feel - calmness, mindfulness) that you have experienced if you have made that transition.

    Sure there are other reasons (not harming animals etal), but I'm interested in hearing about physical or mental changes
