Pranayama: Ujjayi Breath For Tough Times |

I just uploaded a video tutorial on ujjayi pranayama which is a simple breathing technique (I know most of you must know) that just about anyone can do, but I felt like sharing it since there might be people out there who might benefit from this simple breathing exercise. I pretty much use the Uijjayi breath everyday at some point in my day because it helps serve as a reminder to not worry and be present.
