Ashtanga yoga: Flexibility regression? |
Posted: 21 May 2021 04:25 AM PDT Anyone else gets their flexibility go 'backwards' sometimes? A few weeks ago I was folding forwards and putting palms on the floor, straight legs, chest to tights. Recently, the last few days it's just been a lot harder, I have to band my knees a lot! I wonder if it's overworking them? What do you do when it happens? I know it's not linear Progress always but it feels like a big difference. The tightness is around my knees mainly. [link] [comments] |
