Posted: 22 May 2021 02:42 AM PDT So I got sucked into a Facebook ad that seems too good to be true. Has anyone tried the Alex Larsson Hyperbolic Stretching program? It claims you can get your front split with 4 weeks. The reviews are great and lots of people report back that it helps with their back and hip pain. I'm just curious to hear if anyone's tried it or if this is a really good scam. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 21 May 2021 06:36 PM PDT hello! after some stretching i realized i'm really close to having my right splits, i stopped trying to push myself lower because i didn't want to hurt myself ...20 minutes later...i decided to try again and pushed myself lower and heard a loud pop, it's been about 5 minutes since it happened now, i don't feel any numbness, just this light ache in my thigh and a little discomfort when i walk. should i see how i feel tomorrow or is this a sign i pulled my hamstring? How to relax while squaring hips (front splits) Posted: 21 May 2021 10:25 AM PDT I'm hoping to get some opinions on this. How does a person simultaneously (1) keep their hips square while stretching for the front splits and (2) relax their body? When pulling my front hip backwards and pushing my rear hip forwards to align them, my body naturally tenses to hold the position. Does anyone have any advice on this or any resources discussing this topic? I know squaring the hips is important, but I also feel that my inability to truly relax is hindering my progress.
