Posted: 06 Aug 2021 09:22 PM PDT Okay so I have nothing to do, and I'm a fairly athletic 16m I figured I may as well learn the splits, I was wondering if I just hold stretches for long periods of time, like minor stretches for whole episodes of TV, would that help? Basically if I put a few hours in per day could I learn in just a week or two? Thanks for the advice [link] [comments]

How do you widen up the legs in pancake stretch? Posted: 06 Aug 2021 04:48 AM PDT Basically I'm now able to touch the floor with my chest and belly(ish) in pancake, but my legs make a "Wide V-shape" rather than a 180° angle. What do you work on for that? [link] [comments]
Posted: 06 Aug 2021 07:49 AM PDT I need some help figuring out what muscles I need to stretch. It honestly feels like a muscle at the base of my phallus, more medial than my hip joint or adductor. I don't think it's a groin strain, as nothing really hurts, just feels weak. After I run, when I do a standing adductor stretch, I can sometimes feel it. I get the same stretching/weak feeling when I try to stand on a soccer ball with both feet. Any help appreciated. [link] [comments]
