- Stretching with my cousins
- I cannot sit in this position with a straight back. Also the inside of my knees hurt when I even try, like the tendons are being pulled too tight. Where do I begin? I want to be able to do this.
- Why can’t I sit down in a full flat split? I have been stuck for a while

How to get rid of stiff ankles? Posted: 09 Aug 2021 10:39 AM PDT I'm a climber and there is a certain foot move called a toe hook (it's exactly what it sounds like). I figured out that I have stiffer ankles than all my friends and because of that I'm always struggling with this move.
