    Because of covid, I have been taking online beginner led classes for the past few months. I feel like I have progressed and my practice (primary up to purvatanasana, bridge, two wheels, and then last three closing poses about 4x week) has gotten stronger. So I would like to add more closing poses even though I have not been able to attend a Mysore class because of covid (and my shala just announced they had to give up their lease on their physical space because of covid 😭). Or should I add more poses to my primary sequence even though I cannot access a Mysore class right now?

    I would love some tip how to fix my wheel pose and also shoulder stand pose but i can not attach 2 photos.shoulder pose its really hard for me to put my back closer to shoulders because i get pain in my spine. i would appreciate any tips how to fix both of these poses. Thank you.

    Do you guys listen to music/podcasts while yoga'ing? Or should it be silent?
