| How often do you go to the shala? Posted: 30 May 2020 08:43 AM PDT Hi, how often do you go to the shala for mysore or led? I feel kind of weird because i almost always go and never practice at home (small kids and just started some months ago). i dont know i read on the internet that you should practice 5/6 times a week, so i go there all the time. is anyone doing that too? i feel kinda bad about it. thank you!
