| Hamstring sore the day after practice Posted: 26 Jun 2020 04:27 AM PDT Hello all I think this was asked already a few months ago but could't find it back. My question is what would you recommend if I have sore hamstrings the day after practice. Would you still practice or wait till the soreness is over (skip 1 or 2 days)? The day I practice I don't normally feel it but it's when I wake up to go to the shala. I have real tight hamstrings so half primary (which I currently do) feels like a stretch. | Soreness right between glute and hamstring? Posted: 26 Jun 2020 09:49 AM PDT I hve a regular achy tightness right where my right leg hamstring meets my glute muscle. In forward bends i oft stay longer than usual to wait for some kind of release. Anyone else dealt with this? It doesn't hurt but just lets me know it's around when practicing. [link] [comments] |
