    Ribcage injury

    I everyone,
    Got injured in my ribcage last week (not doing yoga) and I have a retreat in one week. I went to see my osteopath, who is also an ashtangi and said it could get fixed very quickly - or not (I know it's true, I had many ribcage injuries). So on his advice I totally stopped practicing during 10 days, which I had never done before but the pain was really strong. This morning I went back on my mat and did 5 sun A and 5 sun B, standing postures and finishing with half bridge (for the record, I usually practice until Eka pada). I practiced very slowly and as focused as I could, as I always do when I'm hurt. It was ok, I had no pain and now I feel great, but I could feel my ribcage was still very fragile. So, do you have any advice that could help me on how to practice and recover ? I also take klamath and organic silicon to help recovery. And I took the opportunity to finally start doing meditation, with is a big challenge for me. Thanks !!
