Made a bet that Covid will be over the minute I can do the splits...

I've never had great flexibility, especially in my back, but I'm proud of the progress that I've made!

Lifting my leg more than 90° for once makes me proud - any tips?:)

This is one of the hardest shoulder mobility exercises I've ever tried. Let me know what you guys think? If you struggle with this one I've added a few scaled back variations for you to try. Its my favourite upper body warm up exercise that also warms the lower body up too.

    Not possible to fix APT?

    Posted: 16 Jun 2020 05:23 AM PDT

Hey guys! Hope you are doing great today! I have kyphosis and anterior pelvic tilt. I have some pain in my lower back and I heard that you can actually grow a little bit taller after fixing everything. So, because of that, I decided to go to physical therapist, which told me that it's impossible to straighten my spine without surgery because I'm done growing or something like that. He told me that I can only maintain my APT with various exercises, so that APT won't get worse in the future. My question is is it actually true that I won't be able to straighten my spine without getting surgery? My APT is bad but it's not that bad.

Thank you so much in advance for help!

Advice for getting my hips under during center split stretching

    Posted: 15 Jun 2020 11:57 AM PDT

When I split my legs to practice center splits while sitting to try to stretch forward into a pancake, I can't get my hips under me so I just have a large curve when I reach forward. I can't even just sit up and hold the position.

I put my hands behind me for support and to try to be straight, and I spend a lot of time stretching my hip flexors but for some reason I just can't get it.

Does anyone have suggestions or advice?

    Stretchit app feedback/reviews?

    Posted: 15 Jun 2020 10:27 AM PDT

Their posted before and after pictures seem really convincing. I dream to be "just like them!"

Any feedback on the stretchit app? Are the sessions daily, a few times a week, how was your progress and such.

    Thank you!

    Pigeon pose help

    Posted: 15 Jun 2020 11:52 AM PDT

When I try the pigeon pose, I'm unable to get my foot to across my body so that my shin/calf runs perpendicular to my back leg (if that makes sense?). What muscle should I be feeling the stretch and what alternatives are there for these muscles since I seem to be unable to do this one?
