    i threw my shoulder slightly out of joint a few years ago. i have slight shoulder pops every once in a while. is this stretch healthy for my shoulder? it puts some strain on it. is that ok?

    Neck hurting after stretching yesterday

    I never stretch my neck,but did so while watching a movie yesterday. I stretched it left and right and forward and it feelt really good. Today though (day after) my neck hurts a lot. Have I overdone the stretching or is it just because I am so unused to stretching and it is a "good" sign that it is hurting ? Will it stop hurting if I continue to stretch sometimes, or should I stop?
