    A newbie question - how to get started again?

    I used to do yoga until 15 yrs of my age and its more than 10yrs now, I didn't do Yoga. I know I am missing it and now with the health related challenges and I have got a recommendations that yoga do help on bed when I am with my partner . So I am wondering what are the best yoga ways I should start and go with for keeping healthy, and for a healthy intimate life with partner. ?
