Ashtanga yoga: Surya namaskar A and B |
| Posted: 04 Nov 2020 01:29 PM PST I've just done 5 of A and 1 of B (which is about my limit) but with the variation of having my 5.5 month baby on the mat with me to play at the same time. The only real change in my yoga is holding him to the sky for arms up, awkward chair pose and lunges. Oh and having him under me and blowing raspberries on him during chaturunga / him kicking me in the tummy and grabbing my shirt during Updog. My question is that for the first time after practice, straight afterwards, my absolute are hurting! Never have achey abs normally. Any thoughts about what could be altering my poses to make my abs hurt? Clearly it's an exercise they need! (Oh and last two chat were on knees as I was feeling unstable full leg) [link] [comments] |
